I think you should leave a player on the list until they fully made there respective clan because they are not guarantee to make a clan they applied for.

I'm a bit sad because I'd like to make it officialy and actively (as for this thread);
I also had an idea to make it interactive with a flash-website + many arts/table (list of players/clans) and history updated weekly...
I think it's not serious to create active thread by "someone" everytime that one become inactive, that's why I didn't made it by myself and I was waiting an answer in the previous thread about <<recruiting clans thread>>
