Do you remember what server this was on, when it happened (randomly during a game or right when you tried to connect), and what version of AC this was on?
Thanks given by:
It was ac version 1.1.0.4 and it happened randomly during the game. It happened again, now I know which server it was on:

Make note I did not hack and I also did not edit the map

Today when I was playing LSS on ac_douze, I picked up nades from the window and fell right through. I was immediately kicked for hacking even though I do not hacked. Since I was in single-player, I loaded the map in several gamemodes and found out I could just walk and fall right through the window. Then I went into edit mode and saw that the cause was a hole in the map. This had not happened any other time I had played AC before. This had only happened this one time. I then went back into multiplayer and played ac_douze in CTF. I tried walking through the window again and I fell through. I also found that when I pressed myself against the walls, I could shoot through it. A little while later after I was done testing it, somebody kicked me for hacking. I f1'd it and went along with it because I didn't want to play with a glitched map. I closed AC and opened it again and guess what? The map was fixed. This must have happened to a problem with map loading.

I do not know why I didn't get a message asking to download the unglitched version of ac_douze, like it tells you to do when you have a different version of a map.

I just wanted to let you know, because this bug/glitch can be fixed for the next version of AC.

If you want a demo of ac_douze CTF, it is here

I'm sorry I don't have any other demos or screenshots. The server in which I played ac_douze LSS did not enable demos, in fact, there are never any demos recorded on it. I also did not think of taking screenshots. I only got the ac_douze CTF demo after I thought of making a report on this bug/glitch.

This is the spot you talked about

[Image: 20130328082148acdouzetd.jpg]

I don't get how you fell within (although not necessary) that confined space.
I tried many times to reproduce that bug but failed.

Edit: Only found out demo link on the original post, I must say that you aren't the smartest hacker I've ever seen! Editing a map then report it here as a bug... How dumb is that?

A few searches didn't reveal any posts concerning this issue so I figured I'd post here. I had a demo with a backslash in the title and it wasn't playing. Upon removal of the backslash, the demo file opened and played properly. It's not that serious of an issue, though it can be inconvenient and might have an easy fix.

I've randomly and very rarely experienced a weird bug in Singleplayer. Looks like I'm speed-hacking or something which I don't, if I vote another map it's gone - it looks like this:

Rather weird indeed... Did anything useful came out of console?

are you using AC 1.1 native binaries ? just to make sure..
Thanks given by:
I don't think there was anything special on the console and I use the AC 1.1 default client.
Thanks given by:
sure you don't have a bind that change gamespeed ?
when this happens, check the gamespeed value;
(this value is reset on map load)
Thanks given by:
where the new version??

Yes, indeed I have one, a little neat script Bukz made a while ago. I just didn't think about it cause the bind is far away from wasd.

[cubescript]bind l [changespeed 40 2; onrelease [ changespeed 100 2 ] ]

changespeed = [
curspeed = $gamespeed
targetspeed = $arg1
increments = $arg2

if (!= $curspeed $targetspeed) [
if (> $curspeed $targetspeed) [
loops = (- $curspeed $targetspeed)
] [ loops = (- $targetspeed $curspeed) ]

loop i $loops [
sleep (* $i $increments) [
gamespeed ((at "+ -" (> $curspeed $targetspeed)) $gamespeed 1)
]
]
]
][/cubescript]
Thanks given by:
Ok, then it's probably the reason. Next time it happens, check your gamespeed value.
