Things that help when reporting an offender:
* Name(s) used.
* Date/Time (including timezone).
* Server it occured on (including IP/Port of the server).
* Demos/Screenshots of the offense(s).
* IP (or a partial IP).
* A detailed description of what they did.
AC Blacklist Reports

Edit: Just look at other peoples posts and do the same.

Well I dont have an ip so no point blacklist thread but for your interest here is demo of speed hacker in AC version 1.1.0.3 http://www.mediafire.com/?4bzilxiwjiz8e3w player scary joins server about half time then rejoins and uses speed hack....
