I remember a thread like this back in 2009. The results were similar then, with an awful lot of AC'ers in the top 1 or 2% of society, and (judging from my interactions with a lot of them) it didn't surprise me. Of course, keeping quiet about your result is also an option.

It takes 5 minutes ticking geometrical forms... idk if the values that this site gives are correct, since (iirc), a "real" IQ test done by a psychologist takes at least an hour.

I took an IQ test in elementary school. It was surprisingly sorta similar to this test... lots of pattern matching and such (from what I remember, it was a long time ago).

That being said, I really don't think this has any validity at all...

indeed, proper tests need to be done with a specialist and take some time.

usually you don't need to perform such tests, but in some cases they can help. also, it is surprisingly accurate (provided it was a real test) as it can really reflect your skills and weaknesses.

Also, a IQ given w/o more specifications doesn't make any sense. Your IQ is not meaningful if you do not mention the test used or at least the scale/standard deviation.
an IQ of 180 under a given scale can be equivalent to 150 for another scale.

i suggest that, if you are facing social difficulties IRL or feel yourself apart, you should take a real test :) (rather than online bs :P)

I took an iq test years ago at school and they never offered me a certificate. Maybe I'm bitter.

IQ tests are personal, they are not diplomas, and such cards have the exact opposite effect of what they intend to do.
