map blacklist patch

hey so im trying to blacklist Headshot city maps and twintowers on my server.

and my friend told me i need a map blacklist patch, i looked in wiki but

cant find it, does anyone know where i would get that?

Use the -PX switch in your servercmdline.txt file and add an incoming folder inside your /maps/servermaps/ folder, then only admin can vote for maps that are not on the server. Any maps that admin vote and /sendmap will be stored in the incoming folder.

AC GUI server 1.0.4 has the map blacklist patch built-in. Search the forums you should find something.
