I'm gonna try it out!
My new map. I'm working on improving ML_Prison_Break. But When I got bored, I got started on ML-Desert_Base. Took me six hours to get it to look okay.

Lol, thanks. Problem is, I really don't like making desert themed maps because there are so many.
Anyways, My brother and I wanted to have an akimbo shootout, so I made this really quick. It's got bad texture and the mapmodels were just for fun. dl later. Can't be on much longer
one quick thing about Desert base: that barrel sticking into (out of? w/e) the wall in the second picture is annoying me. Try not to have this happen so much (unless it is intentional)
I can't wait until i start seeing your maps come up in server rotations. they look like they have a lot of promise.

It's supposed to be that way, but I forgot to make a hole in the wall XD crap. . .
I don't think they'll be up in rotations any time soon, I'm rarely on to upload them to servers and try to show them off. and you can find the mod right here.
Desert Base looks like a lot of fun!
Three suggestions: 1) Make the lighting more varied. I know it's a desert, but there should still be some darker areas in structures. 2) Raise the ceiling in skymap-ceiling areas (Think of the nade spammers!) 3) Get rid of this campsite:

I guess it does kind of decrease the appeal. . . UPDATE! This one's called ML-Asylum. I'm going to try to make some skins for undead looking things and some skins for some scientist-y looking guys. (white clothes and germ masks) Hopefully going to make it an "infection" map? When you hit a scientist as a zombie, they turn into a zombie, when a scientist shoots a zombie (with the antidote) they spawn as a scientist, and so it goes until all players are on one team. (not sure if the coding is available or not?) Took me five hours to make o.O (Download to full map further down the page)

Asylum WITH pickups ML-Abandoned! (updated with configuration) It took me a good 10 hours to complete. ML-Divide! I was wondering, how can I make a unique map, but one that allows for easy, fast matches. Well I came up with ML-Divide! It's a tiny map with two sides lined with trashbags. . . see? But the trick is, it's got a TON of ladder entities in the pit and along the walls >:D. Also, no pickups. There never will be (in my version) So it's like an anti gravity map of DOOOOM! ML-Rave Download This one is freaky, look at what happens when you make all the walls corners. It's much better playing it than in the photos. If V-man reads this, can you put your strobe light script into a map's cfg file and have the lights flash? Because if it's possible, I need that script!

Defining aliases in map cfg files has been disabled by default; players can edit their config files to re-enable it, though...
On the other hand, players can choose to use the rave script independent of your map and the effect will be just as kewl.

Also, I used the rave script, and I set my yaw to 100 XD it was freaking epic! /setyaw 100 also makes fighting on ML-Divide really cool :) MCL-Palace Made a new map last night with my brother, started at 5:00 and finished at 2:30 I know it's textures aren't great, and there aren't any mapmodels, so don't critique the map, my brother is very proud of it :) Plus, I've finally gotten him more interested in AC! NOTE: This map is pretty large and complex, it is not good for one on ones, or even 3 on 3s. More for large ffas and large team games. There are alot of tunnels and stuff to explore, so look around before playing it so you'll know where you're going.
