I go into my folders like it says and click on screenshots but there is none in there. I have taken about 20 I would say and there all great games so does anyone know to find the SS's.

Find ur screenshots?
In Ubuntu: go to your Home folder -> Press «Ctrl + H» (to show hidden files) -> locate your «.assaultcube» folder -> «screenshots». |
