well it is not the place to communicate but it is not completely offtopic (since we are talking about blacklist in the blacklist thread) but NO they are not... Just take a look at TyD and BoB blacklist. The only BL for tag abuse concern major clan (TyD, DES, BoB ...). I know it cause I have been BL during few days for a funny play on word with the BoB tag

But people are not getting BL for impersonating other clan. I know it too cause I tried to BL them and nothing happened. Trust me, you are free to impersonate any clan which does not provide servers. Simply because this thread is completely useless. This is a kind of database and server providers decide to use it or not. Most of the posts here are ignored (just check entries in this thread and entries in the BoB, TyD BL). When they (server providers) see someone impersonating a random clan, they just do not care. And the IP system is imo a huge problem but this is another story.
