About BL report

Sorry if I am not in the right place but I have a single question about reports people do in the topic: "AC Blacklist Report".

I see many bad reports (no reason, no proof etc etc) and I was wondering how those reports were used.

If I am correct, it is a kind of list and server owner can use it right? eg http://blacklist.tearyoudown.com/serverblacklist.cfg

But I am not sure many server owner update their blacklist with it. Am I wrong?

The blacklist reports, are a "guide" it's up to the server owners to use them or not, many Blacklist like TyD or RK's use the reports they find useful, and many more server owners use those list (I don't know how to say list in plural :D).

So it's really the choise of the server owners to use those reports or not.

Idk how others do it but i search the IP in the logs i have, what i do depends on what i find.
He/she is bl'ed if i don't like what i find, not bl'ed if i think it's not that bad and not bl'ed if i find nothing.
