I can just picture one of these hanging on the wall of a smartass kid right between a portrait of Richard Dawkens and a poster of the Eagle Nubula with a superimposed quote about how stupid religion is and how cool atheism is.

Seriously who else would buy this? What would you do with it? Staple it to your resume? Hand them out like business cards? What is its function?
Hanging this on your wall or showing it to someone is the equivalent of public masturbation. All you're really saying is "look at what I have, aren't you impressed?"
I took an iq test years ago at school and they never offered me a certificate. Maybe I'm bitter.
