I'd say I like gemas, but only when my fps stays above 10 on them
my favourite gema would probably be gema bootcamp or gema buddel remake by unarmed.
Or maybe 40+ Gema because I made half of it

I don't think they are that fun, but I don't think they should be blocked from the MS. Instead, there should be a separate GEMA game mode. They are using the same physics, engine, etc. as the normal game, but have different rules and objectives.

I like gemas!
They are something refreshing and different, and also provide a way of playing if you are suffering from lag (as I seem to be perpetually doing.)
That said, gema is only really fun when the map is a decent gema and you are playing on a server with fun people.
My favourite gemas are gema_readysetgema, gema_getout and gema_fr4xy ;)

the people who are useless, cannot play AC at all and make no contributions towards competition, post on forums an unusual amount, usually have mod or some ridiculous power they dont deserve, talk in a close circle of community elite and influence decisions and power in the community.

lol , Noob is good in jumping so he prefers gema, pro is good in shooting so he prefers default maps and because the community mostly consists of pros, gema maps are going to be banned. :D
