Undead is quite close; there's a pretty good delineation between the two Latin American teams:

Maybe wait to see if there are enough teams? If there are too much then they could play a qualifier
Nice jamz. I would have liked to be in a southern position though (jk). We are all Latin american. However, wolf, sace, and tayi (belonging to LA| team) are not South American, as you can see. they are from central america and north america. People are right when saying that we should play qualifiers because we overlap same region. Hopefully, we can defend our region not against ourselves...
I can't reveal papoman's identity lol. Let's wait for him to reveal himself. PS just in case Brazil is part from both Latin America and South America. Thus, don't panic if we add one of our Brazilian friends to the team ;-) Sorry I didn't explain it better. Latin America is a denomination for the geographical region (in america) where French, Portuguese and Spanish are spoken. Thus, Canada could be considered as Latin America too (kkkk) hahaha

Papoman is from argentina... Nice work there jamz. We weren't aware that most of us LA are in northern latinoamerica. It's fine for us if we play qualifiers against the sa team.

Calm lads. Was just curious about the repeat offender rule. Its well known sonic is wagner/waag. There is also the question of jorik, who although cheated once, also was a douche in the last acwc. Sometimes the rules arent so clear.
