For your edification:
Noob means:
1) You are an amateur
2) You are an idiot
Noob does not mean:
1) Nice shot
2) Wow, you just kicked my ass; you're really good
3) How did you do that?
4) Amazing
5) Unbelievable
6) I'm mad because I'm so bad
etc.
In making this public service announcement I hope to see less erroneous usage of this term. Happy fragging. :D

PANIC called me noob after i handily beat him the other day. I usually just take it as a compliment and smile that people are so worried about a game, and get so flustered, that the only thing they can come up with to say is a horribly ridiculous idiosyncratic phrase.

Noob can mean everything, that's the situation who can determinate it.
But, it's still offensive with a bad reputation...

on-topic: Noobicus Thanks man! <3
Anyway, newbie is a new player, whose actions are legit.
Noob is a guy like Phantom, who prefers to delete every entity in a map one by one instead of using /clearents.

Perhaps, but as Andrez pointed out, the former has more negative connotations.

It's pretty lame of you to ban me just a few minutes ago just cause I poked fun at your self-owning post. It's even funnier now.

I use nub as a term of endearment.
PhaNtom, if you want people to write your name correctly, have some logical reason why you would capitalize your "N". The main reason why I would remember to capitalize your "N" is if it started another word. Like CamelCase. Or LoveJamz. Not Pha Ntom. Thats not two words. Thats just a really awkward separation of a word, not even by syllables. If anything, capitalize the "T", then it makes a little more sense as you are separating the syllables. See: PhanTom. Phan Tom.
Anyways, chill your buns about people not capitalizing your "n", its really not worth looking like a noob and getting all huffy about it.

Does anyone remember "bk" or "bad kid"? I remember it being used a lot in MW1+ and it always made me think of Burger King..
I don't think I've heard it once in the last couple years though.

I already complained ("ironically ") on this forum about some people calling me Exodus, the second S have a meaning and there are already tons of Exodus playing on this game, but even if it had no meaning at all, after all it's something that makes my nickname "unique" (same as PhaNtom) so even if it's stupid I think it's better to respect the exact name.
