1. Don't tell me to not use FRAPS. It works fine in everything else from NFS Carbon to Dolphin Emulator. I don't want to hear it.
So like two years ago I posted a thread about having a bad framerate in AssaultCube with FRAPS. People told me to get a better PC.
Well, I have a better PC and the problem still persists. Framerate drops to 20FPS from a solid 60 when recording with FRAPS.
Specs:
Intel Xeon E3 1240
GTX 1080Ti
16GB RAM
240GB SSD
1.5TB RAID0 array (3 500GB disks)
500GB RAID0 array (2 250GB disks)
Why do I have RAID0? Because it's fast.
I have no problems with any other games, so it's either AssaultCube or FRAPS, and since I don't have this problem with Dolphin or PCSX2 when running in OGL mode, the problem is Assault Cube.
My next problem is that I play on triple monitor. In most games this is not a problem, however in Assaultcube I can only raise the FOV to 120. In Halo PC, when the FOV is set to 135 it looks great. Fix this.
Third problem is that there are no HD textures for AssaultCube...the devs for this game are lazy. I could make my own but I'm busy with my own game projects. And before you say "oh I'd like to see you make something this great" I've been working almost every day for nearly three years on my own project for a Need for Speed mod and made huge amounts of progress.
Fourth problem is licensing. I want to port Assaultcube and its stock maps to a newer engine like Unreal 4.

I don't have a problem using fraps in assaultcube, therefore you are the problem yourself

My config is worse than yours and FRAPS is working perfectly fine.
However, you might want to re-do your post in a less arrogant/cocky/dick manner if you want people to help you, yw.

4. I have UDK installed, just haven't gotten around to learning more about it and finding replacement models
My NFS mods have been publicly available for 3 years and a new build comes out once every 6 months or so.

Use OBS. It gives you more control over your recording. 99% of Twitch streamers use it. It is more robust. Don't use FRAPS.
2. What devs. Hello? If you want HD textures please consider using your own free time to compile something aesthetically pleasing. Next, package it as a ZipMod. Art assets are the most difficult contribution in any game. If you want this, give it a shot yourself. Be prepared for your work to be rejected.

4. With better physics. Unreal engine has far better physics emulation than the Cube engine ever had. With UR4 you can even use CUDA and PhysX, something AC doesn't.

Unreal is too heavy, use something like http://irrlicht.sourceforge.net/ or http://www.ogre3d.org/
