...this guy was cheating around all those games and i havent mentioned that.
So I would ask if you can say if he was using some kind of software or that was just a laggy behaviour.
Another question is: "Is it possible to say, without spectating, whether this kind of people cheat or not?"

But i still cant understand how can you clearly see if he is using that hack. Is that about dying in 0.8 sec, sometimes? I was sure that was a laggy, but a pro player. As for me I never had problems duelling with him in a game. Even he used a cheat he used it not in God mode, but in an bearable way.

the simplest proof that he does cheat is the no recoil when he shots.

Got the same instant_lag_kill today by Blizzard; Those kills reminded about this demo.
Can you guys define if he was lagging or using some extra software?

Yeah this guy has been around for a while. He has a number of cheats and he is hard to ban. And he really struggles to control his aimbot as seen on demo.

If a player is cheating, there's a bunch of ways to tell. Here's some ways to tell.
Not dying from attacks (shotgun blasts, getting knifed, etc)
No recoil animation, one hit kills on a 100% health rating.
Random lines of encrypted messages that cause the game to lag and lose connection.
Rapid fire on a single-shot gun.
Hardcore lag, not being able to shoot anybody, speed hacking, infinite ammo.
If any of the above are ever to happen, chances are; you're in a lobby with a hacker.

The only proper way to figure out how to spot real hackers and to make 100% sure even if you can't say it after spectating.... try the hacker tools for yourself on a private masterserver of someone who gives you the approval to learn them know for security reasons.
But don't forget to turn them off once you play here again... or else you get caught.
