this championship is being done to animate this our beloved game.
some rules:
1- In one kind of cheating and Offenses will be allowed During the game and outside of it (Could be applied punishments team).
2-It will be a maximum of 5 players on each team and a maximum of 2 teams.

I think you should write the rules on Portuguese and then, somebody could translate it to English.

Será um campeonato eliminatorio , onde 16 equipes iram entra em uma chave em forma de mata-mata
Jogadores que não tem clan poderá jogar formando uma equipe com 3 jogadores que NÃO tenham clan tambem !
Vamos tentar animar este jogo com um cup por que ta dificil ...
Será 3vs3 CTF os mapas já disse acima!
Será sorteado o mapa e as equipes jogaram os dois lados e a que somar mais flags vence.
O que vocês acham jogar em um dia somente reunir todos ou marcar os jogos com base no mundial?

This tournament is going to begin November 30th and will use a knockout games system, composed of 16 teams.
- If you do not have a clan and you want to play, just create your own squad of 3 players (all of them must be also clanless player!)
We'll try our best to keep active AC with this competitive event...
So, it will be a 3v3 matches on CTF mod, and map are chosen randomly;
Each team will play both sides and the ones with the most flags win!
What about playing all matches in one day only, or doing the same matchmaking as ACWC?

Rules:
1 - If any kind of cheats or offenses are reported during or after the game, a punishment can be applied to the team concerned.
2 - 5 players maximum per team are allowed (3 players+2 subs), with a maximum of 2 teams (it means that a same clan can introduce 2 teams).

Nah i think he means people who cant participate with their clan, so i think you can make a team ;)

duff's tournament needs a set date, so people can schedule to play. hence the lack of teams, if he sets a date, e.g. 20-22th of november or whatever i'm sure more teams will sign up
