I just wanted to know how to make a clan because my friends and I want to make a clan for us.

how do you make clans?

Well, it's not hard. An IRC and website and starting to find recruits who want in is basically all that is needed. Maybe servers as an addition. It's not hard, but it's hard to get recruits who play actively.
-SeD- would be good. ACR is a type of gun, and "AssaultCube Rules" is NOT a good clan name. CSI is a show, and it sounds like you're trying to make criminals out of the devs. -SeD- is great, though. I give you that. 
Here's a list of stuff that will help you (some mentioned above):
- A clan name. - A tag. - A website with forums. - An IRC would help. - A server would help although not necessary at all. - A thread about your clan in these forums. As for the names, I'm sure you and your friends can decide amongst yourselves. It's not my clan :P

you should never ask someone to think of a clan name for you, no matter what it will never actually be your clan name.
give you clan name a thought, take time cuz if you don't like it and then want to change it, no one will take you seriously. plus thinking of your own name gives it somewhat of a meaning, and then you can actually call it yours.

It also helps to have a cool story that goes along with it.
