Due to the community asking for 3v3, I am opening pre-signup. If through this pre-signup, the community can form at least 6 3v3 teams before the rules are set (2015-06-13), I will change the main even to a 3v3. The tentative sign up form is below. You must have at least two subs in a 3v3 event. Note, if it's a 3v3, it will be a divide and conquer tournament, meaning that each player (including subs) must be present for at least one entire match in the tournament, even idling in team spec. This is to ensure that people are not just signing up 3 members, and then 2 random people who will never play, and then have a random schedule conflict for the 3 main players.

So what if you play the 1st round game, and you only have 1 of your 2 subs in the team, and then you lose? Then not every team member has been at the match. You get disqualified?
Also I think the 3 main players are usually the ones that can actually play all (most) of the time. Rule seems a bit weird to me.

RULE CHANGE
You are no longer required to have substitutions. Also, not all of your subs have to play at some point. However, please be aware that there is no change in the rules about stopping. The game doesn't stop except for server failure.
Note about not having subs: If you choose not to have subs, you cannot complain about lagging out. The game doesn't stop for anything. If two of your players lag out and you are stuck in a 1v3 situation, it's your fault for not having subs.

Pre-signups are basically done because it was only to determine if it was going to be a 2v2 or 3v3. You are welcome to keep signing up until after official signups close.
