I just wanted to know who is the admin of each, so i can talk to each about what is happening.

Not an acceptable explanation exists to ban a whole country!
Also the MasterServer must not support it!
Follow their own rules is a great start for those involved in this project.

If there isn't an acceptable explanation I gonna say just that I added the range bans and we'll keep it during next 3-6 months at least. We can provide deban passwds for some players that we trust and are affected by those bans.

With this oficiall answer became very clear that this is an act of hatred and/or xenophobia . Hate against Brazilian people.
Block all ips of Brazil does not limit access to the servers. There VPN's.
It is clear that the clan BoB can not keep servers secure. Can not manage their admin passwords. Were attacked by a person (Brazilian) and are on a crusade against an entire country!
This is shameful.
You chose to do this not for security. You're doing it for hate.

Supporting this attitude is an action against the community rules.
Support the hatred and/or xenophobia is not an option for this game/community project.
These servers must be removed immediately from MasterServer.

Remember when Brazilians couldn't play anyway back in the day? Everyone would use the TyD 1.0 BL and you were all banned because of the issue that was "Brazilians".

Essentially I think this was worked out before, something about lots of players coming from Brazil, so the percentage of cheaters is higher?

Take Australia for example, the country contains maybe 10 active "community members" and probably a couple hundred players. What you don't know is we have a range ban too, cos of some moron. People don't complain about it though 'cos not many people play enough to be affected.

I'm disappointed too, I know many Brazilians do shit, but block a whole country? Brazil is one of the countries with the highest number of players, then banning everyone will just leave the AC more empty.

The good and honest players will not seek VPN to play, will start to leave the AC. Meanwhile, the cheaters players will continue playing using VPN.

What I really like to know is the opinion of the developers, not by pm, I would like to see a public opinion about it. This has been happening for some time and is actually increasingly destroying this lovely game.

Well... I can say that there definitely has been a push by certain admins to "ban Brazil"

But a lot of what is going on here isn't specific to the {BoB} clan administrators - it has become an ongoing issue for a number of hosters due to the highly dynamic nature of many Brazilian ISPs.
I will second this in that I have thought quite a bit about blacklisting Brazil...
Of course, it is reasonable to conclude that banning an entire region is wrong on several levels.
But a few people connecting from Brazil are abusing the system - and it is giving the larger majority a bad name - so much so that people here seem to be convinced there are more illegitimate players than good ones.

But as it pertains to {BoB} - they have a right to protect the guests they want present in their servers - they have a right to utilize the server blacklist features to invoke bans that prevent undesirable clients from connecting to their servers.
What is upsetting here is that it has the word Brazil in front of the ranges... Nothing more.

But in their case this is not truly an issue anyway as they have offered to provide deban passwords to 'legitimate' players.

The truth is that most of the real problem players out there are only a few, dedicated trolls...
And they are effing this game up more than all of the other so-called problems tossed around this forum daily.

I can say that our network resists the urge to ban Brazil - and that won't change...
In fact I will continue to host where I can in support of the many good players I have to come to know in the region.

But I must urge that people begin to look diligently at the behaviors of the people who are giving you grief.
In many cases you can be sure that it is the same person with a new ip.

As for this mess here...
An incident occurred in a server that caused considerable unrest to the ongoing game...
The owners of the server reacted in a way they felt necessary to prevent the incident from happening again.

TL:DR: Server Owner takes preventative measures gets called racist and xenophobic even while offering recourse for banned players and meanwhile trolls are off laughing at our in-fighting...
