You know that several players are in 2 clans at the same time?

But ok, maybe start with the VPN's already mentioned in the BL?

Belongs to VPNBOOK
Now just find the VPNBOOK and block all its IP's.

The problem is some VPNs don't declare their ranges. I want to block VPNs because I really don't care if you are in one, two, or three clans. That's not of my business and is a matter each player should come to terms with, with their respective clans.

Here is a sorted list with those and the others I have gathered together for that particular individual...
These originate from a number of services and can be traced to certain ranges based on range ownership...
This was a recent individual who has been causing a lot of grief, mostly via VPN/Proxy....
The relevance is right there - Another reason to block certain VPNs...

No it is not.
Music enquired in regards to lists of specific ban ranges, not ranges that could belp ban one specific person.

We don't need examples on why we should ban specific ranges, server owners have that already.

The data he has given us already? He has given server owners a handful of IP's which end up blacking out blocks.

1Cap had a great example above, where /one/ VPN company gave an insight into their reach. VPN companies exist to evade blocks applied via geolocation and IP blacklisting, there will always be one that will give someone access to your server.

As an example of the kind of behavior Music wanted to block, as voiced in his comment, this guy had no problem getting banned and returning in minutes with a different ip...
If nothing else, I thought exposing a few of the ranges of services he has proven to have used was at least somewhat relevant to the original post....

The simple answer is 'no'. VPN projects can use donated 'servers' hosted by home users. Not only can these IPs be dynamic (since they're often normal domestic ISPs), but the hosts are changing constantly.
