He have so many ips that it's HARD to ban it all.. what should I do instead?

Yeah, I should have qualified what I did by adding that I'm not a nickname nazi; I've played with [SS]Hitler and he is mostly out to disrupt, rather than enjoy playing. If he doesn't get a kick vote for his name straight away, he resorts to other tactics.

I think the vote "remove all bans" could not be voted by any one, only admins.
There is always an idiot to remove bans.
