Hey there,

I came across this interesting tool called code_swarm, which visualises some sort of "relationships" between developers. Each sparkle is a change to a file. They are colour coded, so you can see who is responsible for what.

The tool is not perfect and things can be illegible. You really want to watch this in 720p.

The one RR posted was a different visualization software, which, actually showed the structure of the project itself. This is still cool, though.
