If in version 1.1.0.4 you can't connect to servers, then tough luck. We no longer support verisons 1.1.0.4 (or 1.2.0.0/1.2.0.1).
You'll need to upgrade to 1.2.0.2, try these links: * WINDOWS: http://sourceforge.net/projects/actionga...e/download * LINUX: http://sourceforge.net/projects/actionga...2/download * MAC: http://sourceforge.net/projects/actionga...g/download If you have difficulty downloading these, an alternate (but slower (64KB/s) download site) is available: * SLOWER DOWNLOAD, WINDOWS: http://demos.gibbed.me/AssaultCube_v1.2.0.2.exe * SLOWER DOWNLOAD, LINUX: http://demos.gibbed.me/AssaultCube_v1.2.0.2.tar.bz2 * SLOWER DOWNLOAD, MAC: http://demos.gibbed.me/AssaultCube_v1.2.0.2.dmg If you're having difficulty connecting in version 1.2.0.2, please try these two solutions. Firstly, open AssaultCube's launcher with a text editor (e.g: notepad) and manually append the following command to it (and save): --mastertype=0 Example: http://i.imgur.com/wdNDBgy.png Then, launch AssaultCube and give it a whirl. If it still doesn't work, then please open AC, do not (at all) open the connect dialog, then manually type: /connect gibbed.me 1122 If either of these works, please let us know and provide us your in-game player name/operating system, so it assists us in bughunting. If it does not work, please post your IP address, operating system and in-game player name so we can investigate further. * If you're running Mac OS X 10.3 or earlier, note that we don't (and haven't for a long time) supported those systems. It's pure luck if it works for you.

Those servers are on 1.2.0.2. I have the same issue as well but never did last week when I was in the game. I figured 1.2.0.0 was conflicting all of a sudden so I removed both, cleaned out the registry, and re-installed 1.2.0.2 but the same issue occurs.

Just run the "assaultcube.sh" file, appending "--mastertype=0" to the end.
