just curious, has the thought of a pause feature been considered for matchmode?

Very enlightening. However, could you tell us:
* Your O/S.
* Which version of O/S.
* Which AC version you've tried (1.2 vs 1.2.0.1, etc)
* How you can reproduce the bug/crashes.
* Your graphics card.

For all, the most recent mac release is basically 1.2.0.2. You can still use it and see no difference. If you do care, I will upload a 1.2.0.2 version with the version strings changed and such.

i've tried 1.2 and 1.2.0.1 both have the same effect on my computer, and i can reproduce the crashes by pressing PLAY on the launcher, as soon as i do that it crashes, doesn't matter if it's on window mode or fullscreen.

My graphic card (i guess): ATI,RadeonHD2400

Argh, I'm afraid this is an issue with me not having an older system to compile with.

On that note, go into your saved.cfg, find the line that starts with "gamestarts", and make that value 2 or something. That could possibly fix it for now? If that doesn't work, I may have to rip out libcurl and relevant code and release that version for you.

v1.2.0.2 has been uploaded, first post in thread has been updated accordingly.

  • Masterserver bug (MS list not being retrieved) fixed.
  • Paintbucket mapmodel added.
  • assaultcube.sh helps check for required libraries before launching.

  • --mastertype switch allows UDP/HTTP connecting to the MS.
  • Command completion fixed.
