I was playing on Frt - Turbo-Server-France and I tough that "markman1" was hacking, but he wasn't. Due to lag I made a mistake and get confused. Actually the hacker was "ACKER" (Edit mode on CTF) and Pikachu (weapon hack). I didn't get the ip's for this players, so if you let know to Brutux abut this hacker will be great. Also, if you see this players ban them!.

for those watching the demo ACKER starts "flying" around 7:49 in the game time. and i dont know what the weapon hack was but while i was spectating Pikachu nothing seemed wrong with his/hers weapon. maybe client issue? dont know i know that some other people said that they had client problems which got them kicked off servers weird but yea.

apparently is a bug

From your demo ACKER is the one abusing the bug, but Pikachu gets kicked for 'weaponhack'. It looks innocent to me and is most likely the same bogus kick that others were experiencing with the early release. Both issues have been addressed in SVN and, therefore, the next release.

The weaponhack is an anticheat fail in 1.2 afaik.

ok, let this get straight about this bugs. in both cases, ACKER and Pikachu, there's bug issues, but.. ACKER behaviour will be considered cheating. IMO

ACKER yes, I agree. Though the blacklist should be filed under bug exploit, not cheating. IMO
