Look at /setmr 4 and watch xHaZ3rXxMoDz @ 3:34 he fires successive shots from sniper rifle...

I almost raged on Clint for this, but it happens right after the subject gets there and then not again it seems like...
But if you time it carefully he seems to have just slowed it down to a very subtle increase in fire rate...
