If some are having trouble communicating with certain teams, post an attempt to find a day and time to play on this thread(and silver counterpart), or on that team's contacts thread on B} forums, or both. The main thing is we aren't on every teamspeak/irc/etc. watching if a team is dodging a match hoping for an autotie. Asking for a match on a public forum like such puts them into the spotlight and they even have to set up a match on here or take a loss at the deadline if a game isn't done.

Teams are allowed to say no even if they have 3 on since obviously every team wants their 3 best to play and at a time they feel they're ready, but if you feel they're screwing you over repeatedly, do the above step. Just ask for a game here. :p

Also Gold teams who go 2-5-1, 2-6-0, or worse will qualify for silver next time around.

The result of a team that plays regularly and trains vs that of a team who didn't in recent weeks. I would be frustrated if we had trained and lost that match but that wasn't the case xD

We're just gonna have the council of doom decide where teams play next time. I've found a few flaws with the % based team changing. Bronze would be too small, Rosters change too much in 6 months to really pull that off as well.
