Fortress Forever, a Source mod heavily inspired by Team Fortress Classic.
Currently playing through Doom 3 right now and I'm having a pretty good time. Might end up playing through the first two afterwards.

Urban Terror, Quake 3 Arena, Open Arena (quake 3 inspired game, runs on a engine almost identical!), cube, cube 2: Sauerbraten, Digital Paintball II, Zombilla, Nexuiz (if my PC decides it can handle it), Red Eclipse, and rarely Halo CE (b/c the whole franchise sux :D).
