I remember Speccing CharlyMurphy for like 3 minutes once.
Dude was DESTROYING with the carbine!
anyTheone in ANY CTF match, For the same reason Jamz stated.

And myself.
I think it can be good for everyone to look through old demos and videos because you will watch it and say to yourself "Shouldn't have done that" so you improve next time.

That would have to be Shadow for me. I actually copied my own style mostly from him (even though I wasn't even close to his level..) It never ceased to amaze me what he could do with his knife :)
Oh yeah and also Mega! The SMG was unbeatable.

-Redbull- If needs be he can just carry a team
-Xenon- More recently he can just dominate
-Waffles- Especially with a USA server, maps like ingress he won't be beaten
-Me/c4rma OR me/Morse on Urban 2v2 maybe a year or two back, We had literally just learnt how we moved and what we did, caused some upsets there
-Sanz0's sniper is fuggin crazy
-Vanquish- I remember finding him on some pub server with average skill, applying to aG and just going through this incredible transition to what he is today 'Rags to riches'

jamz, pwnage, lucas, wait...wait... re these supposed to be players? wrong!
Bunnysoul - I would say best teamwork in the game?, especially shining in 2v2s, undefeated for a very long time, no matter who he is playing with, they become a unit, LOVE watching this guy!
Hosta - Impressive map awareness, top AIMing skills, basically hits every bullet even across the map
Newbie+Jason+Horus+Larry+Vault - These guys re real tigers in the game, so incredible aggressive gameplay, will take every opportunity to get into the enemy base and grab the flag. Thanks to all the games I've watched em playing I realized that the best defence is a good offence.
ExodusS, Elite - These two, weren't particularly helpful in a matter of gameplay, but the general attitude during the match, despite using technically weaker weapons they stay calm and respectful with their enemies the entire match. After lost games always call that the game was good and send congratulations towards winner team respecting their choice of weapons.

I remember quite a few, and some are already mentioned on this thread, mostly from w00p and MyS, team wise they are just entertaining to see, as for particular players I would put Sacerock, incredibly confident with Sniper and pretty clever at positioning on maps like depot, for aggressive players I would call Marreira, he was overall a great player with a nice aim and watching him on demos feels like he's pumped and that is going to roll you over.
About pub players there are many, I remember Disney with his Sniper and his smart nade throws to clear his path to the flag, wtfthisgame for his drive to keep going for flags no matter what, also Crema and Shadow which i remember having quick thinking and overall being pretty complete players, there are other players like Tipper , Veritas, Matasar whose SMG was pretty tough to beat, error and porno w/ caps pop in my mind too.
Other few Sniper players I remember were Ven, Dam and Wolf which were as great as clever, also Meatpie and his continuous head shots.
Probably most of them are not here anymore and I'm sorry for not having some fresh names, I just don't use to get demos anymore neither playing so frequently as used to.

Jamz #1 public. If there is a player that consistently crushes me in pubs it is jamz. Dat sick smg aim.
I remember one time I was playing as USA|JFK and jamz ragequit though. I felt bad, if i remember the quote correctly "[i just can't compete with your aim]."
There's something to be said about solid pub players, constantly fighting multiple people can get quite tiresome and hard to follow
