[mapmodels] Doors

No more struggling with offset doors textures...

You now can place a door wherever you want, there is also a fallen down one. Use 4 key + mouse wheel to cycle through textures.

Now available via SVN.

Please note: Although some different textures may fit for other purposes they will not blend in with cubes textures (unless size w128p X h256p).

The door on the "new_contents" map (under the gunshop model). If we use sticks, grenades will go trough it and like all 45° models, clips can't follow.

I know it's pain, maybe some coder could find a trick to that issue.

In the meantime the good thing is that you can't shoot through.
