Contact the server owners for the server logs. It can't be spinbot, you need a several seconds of continuous spinning for the kick to kick in (from my personal experience. lolololololol).

I think that spin hack detection should only detect spin with constant acceleration.
Human hands cant do a spin with constant acceleration.
How about several 360s in a row? Without stopping? :P

No, it takes an spinbot or a gfx tablet to get spinbot banned. And even then it takes a few hundred spins.
