Version 1.1?

I know that theres been the update to v1.1 and from what i've heard theres a new gun, but are you still able to connect to people who have v1 coz they don't have the documents for the new gun so if another player was using it, it would mess up...
kinda confusing but can someone enlighten me so i can decide to download v1.1 or not

Of course you can't use 1.0.4 with 1.1. Older servers have an older protocol so the two are not compatible, don't worry.

Yeah, right now everyone is split between 1.1 and 1.0. 1.1 is the way to go.

also when i download v1.1, do i keep all my maps?
Unfortunately i have AC portable, but when i download v1.1, am i able to copy over the maps folder to get them maps i made and more?...

It's amazing now. I was absolute crap in anything apart from TOSOK in 1.0. Now I'm splattering stacks of people :D

lol, I meant that's why the two versions don't mix on public servers -- 1.0.4 people would have a hard time fragging 1.1 people.
