[Problem] Changing Avatar To Using URL Image

Hey Guys, I need some Help, i want to chage my avatar using another image, but when i copy and paste the URL image from Image Shack, something is wrpng it says "Invalid URL", but i paste the correct of the URL image, i think that is the "Direct Link", so where it is?
