Can you specify what you mean by wireless? For anything that needs to be reliable, wireless is NOT the way to go! (get a cat5 and go to town :) ) pine

Don't take the town bit literally, it's just a saying. Like pineapple said, t's recommended that you use an ethernet cable if you're planning on hosting a server, wireless is too unreliable.
Actually you need to know the upload speed of your internet. Speedtest.net will be your friend. If you can play AC, then you can run speedtest.net. For instance, I have the following result:
AC servers use mostly upload bandwidth so in this case I could host at best a 14 slot server and that is pushing it or about two 10 slot servers (Judged via http://wiki.cubers.net/action/view/Server_guide ).

If you really want to test your speed for an AC server, get one running and actually monitor it by playing on it.
