Master server is not replying

Hello, i have a problem with beta version when I try to connect I see the message "master server is not replying" I don't have this problem in the current version, then my ip is not ban, right? My ip is 201.51.123.231 I connect with another internet (3g sux) and I saw 3 servers. In my adsl i can't connect because this problem, someone can help me?
