¿can him be blaclisted?

hi!
I want to report this guy, i do not know if this could be a reason for be black listed, but of the last six times I've played with him, four times, he has insulted my race. (hell! I think racism in any form is stupid)

I am really offended, i love my country!

but anyway.. racism against any country is stupid.
I hope this kind of guys change their mind in future...

Post it to the blacklist thread with that proof and server owners will decide if they want to blacklist him. People have been blacklisted before for "asshattery" or racism, rudeness etc.
