I already download v 1.1 on my mac only took about a hour but i aam downloading it on my laptop it says it takes 12 hours to download and it really takes that long to download i got the download from the assault cube website. and this laptop is fairly new got it about 4-5 months . Help??
and another question alot of people wanna 1v1 me so we went to a new server and they said follow so how do u follow someone.

It must be your internet connection, not the site, not the notebook.
Open server list > F3 > type in the name of the person (can be a part of the name) > Search > hit on the server the search finds him on.

Could be also the sourceforge servers. Sometimes I just get a bandwidth of 2 kbyte/s.

Try another mirror if you experience a slow download. Some of these looks appropriate:

When that happens I just cancel and try resuming, if that doesn't work just get rid of it and start again.
