I can give you a deban pass for my server if that would fix the problem, but like Jg said, if you have dynamic IP, you might keep getting caught in the banned IP range I believe. I'm new to server hosting so I'm not quite sure.

ME, would you mind explaining what I need to do with my blacklists in order to accept 1Cap? Would he be added to the nicknameblacklist.cfg under an FD* whitelist and include his IP range there? Thanks a lot! I'll try and fix this on my server too 1Cap. I just need some help of what to do from Jg or ME.

The minimum you would need to add this in the nicknameblacklist file in the FD* whitelist
accept FD*1Cap

If you have the IP and or range you could do one of these (NOTE: That is not the right IP, just using it as an example)
(static IP)
accept FD*1Cap 192.168.1.1
or (2 separate IPs)
accept FD*1Cap 192.168.1.1 127.0.0.0
or (range start and end)
accept FD*1Cap 192.168.1.0 - 192.168.1.255
or (range as CIDR)
accept FD*1Cap 192.168.1.0/24


But the issue he has with my server is not the nickname, it is a ban in the blacklist file that is not allowing him to join even though he is in the FD* whitelist.

I only want to stop the Brazil hacks but the only way for me to do that is to blacklist all of Brazil. It is not that Brazil has more hackers, its the dynamic IP that is a problem and I only have one option.
