After watching back the demo to before i joined the game i noticed another player by the name of 'SWEETOS'. I did not witness him use the cheats so i did not get his IP address. You can see in the demo though that he WAS using a speedhack.
After F3ing him, i found him in the '-[pRo]- Duel Server' which was only 2 player so i could not get his IP because he was playing with the above offender. FML.
