Its hard for server owners to provide full IP if they dont know its their server it happened on.

Someone PM'd me this one and I guess they want to stay anonymous because they could have posted it themself. The server didn't have demo recording, so it's been recorded on a phone. You can clearly make out the name of the player and the speed. I've checked the (unique) name against the MS log.
