The "ban date" AFAIK is simply the date when the offense occurred; i.e. when the server admin added the blacklist entry that they are reporting here or on the blacklist thread, the idea being that server ops who have actually created a blacklist entry are posting them here. People who simply witnessed the event post in the threads too, of course, in which case "ban date" should be treated as "Date of offense".

(Correct me if I'm wrong.)

This guy not only stated aloud that he was cheating but couldn't have made it any more obvious. He joins around 13:20 and I think plays normally. He leaves and returns at 9:40 with hax on.
