Assault cube master server is not replying

Hey, I played this game ages ago and I recently re-downloaded it to see how it was. Whenever I try searching for servers I get "assault cube master server is not replying".

I have the latest version downloaded, tried reinstalling, making a firewall exception, disabling my firewall and forcing the server list. One of my friends told me I probably got caught up in a ranged ban so is there any way to fix this?

Yeah I'm friends with him. He told me to restart my router and if that doesnt work to wait 24 hours. Is that right? I restarted my router and it's still not working so I guess i'm waiting it out :D

I'm friends with Sebster and Skeep trying to get on the master server. Never played the game from this ip and I've been through the troubleshooting list, i'm left to assume I'm caught in a range ban would appreciate if someone could have a look into
