Also, I think Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina can be separate teams...not like "The Latin team" They have enough players to do so. Even Ecuador can do it.

The latinos team have been around for the last 2 world cups, coming from Venezuela, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, their countries doesn't have enough players to build a full team with bench players included, that's why is a reasonable option to let them have a mixed group representing north/central/south america all together.

In a side note, there may be few players to fill some of these countries, but not many are willing to play along anybody just because of it, in this sense, the option of having the best lineup from all those countries is fair enough.
