Hi all, :P
I'm new to this game for some time and I just created my first map.
I got my own AC server, but I can not put the map in multiplayer :S
Does someone could tell me what it takes? and explain in detail.

It sounds like possibly your map does not meet the newly implemented
quality prerequisites
A hassle for sure, but it is intended to filter maps that may slow performance on low-end machines. As the server owner, I think it may be possible to opt out of this option, but I am not sure (perhaps in the new version to come)
Otherwise you will unfortunately have to edit the map until it meets quality prerequisites.

You might want to use a different host. AFAIK the entire US is now incapable of accessing files on ul.to.
