Description:
There are lots of pubs players. Most of them play tosok douze and twintowers, and they never play clan matches.
By the way, many who play CTF in ladders are in a clan.
Developers and Modders never play clan matches as well, and sometimes they don't play at all, they just write in the forums.
The forum users almost never play, but they like to idle in IRC as well.
In IRC you can find the woopies, they are the pr0 of the game, as well as MyS, with the difference that MyS play clan matches instead of idling in IRC.
Brazilians are a lot, they are all cheaters. They love to create clans and play clanmatches, and then be reported and BL, however, this don't stop them in playing clan matches. By3 is a good example.

Hmm, good thing there aren't any cheaters in the pubs. Also, more people play Douze CTF than Douze TOSOK.
