I made a map but I dont know something.How can I activate my map ?

Once ingame type /map mapname (mapname is obviously replaced by the name of you map)

What do you mean by "Activate"? If you mean to load it in a server you need to do this:
/sendmap "yourmap" // this command allow you to send the map to the server
/ctf "yourmap" // this command will call a vote to load yourmap in CTF mode

Replace "yourmap" with the name of your map without quotes
