There are some issues concerning the rules Vlad.. For example,

8. In rage quit cases we suggest to either:

to restart round if player returns more then after 1 min.
to restart round if player of winning team rage quit in last 4 mins of round.
do not restart if player of losing team rage quit in last 4 mins of round.

So basically, if my team is loosing all i have to do is ragequit, be back in 1 minute and 1 second, and the round has to be restarted?
Doesn't make sense.

you must ragequit 4 minute and 1 second :) but its difficult.

ps : what about journalists ?

Vlad, titi is right, would be better if you would rewrite it. There are some players ( well, everyone know at least one of them ;) ), which may abuse this rule if they are loosing. That would cause endless discussions and many hours of arguing. Think about rewrite this 1 rule :))
