I'm looking for a friendly clan. My skills are really low, but someone told me that I don't need to be a pro if i want to be in a clan. I just want to play with friends and make game more interesting than usually.

Yes, if you're looking for a "community clan" then the best thing to do is hang around in the community to find one you like.
