Been banned, trying to find out location of server and owner

Hi all. I've been banned from a server and I'm trying to find out who the head admin is. I have googled it and can't seem to find anything. The name is nc server 1 and the ip is 71.235.140.107:65010. Anyone able to help please reply. I'd like to state my case. Thank you in advance.

The head admin is armed but I am also an admin for him. Who banned you and for what reason?

Thank you for your reply. I'll have to private message you. i think if i posted here it would create an unneeded war as a lot of ban discussions can escalate.
