You were born there,
You lived there for some time,
You are that nationality,

I am working on trying to get something organized here, but so far it has been pretty difficult to contact people. Sercarty and Cr0wn in particular have been tough to get a hold of.
So far the only people who have actively shown interest in this are gambino and Duckett.
